Our community hosts sporting groups for all ages from primary school to those who are retired. Each year Mapleton hosts the ultra marathon Blackall 100 – an internationally recognised event.

Mapleton Tennis Club

The club meets at the tennis courts at the Mapleton Community Hall. The club has two synthetic courts. 

Range Community Gym & Fitness

Unlike city gyms, the Range Community Gym and Fitness Centre at Mapleton has a different philosophy. We embrace more than just fitness.

Mapleton Bowls Club

The club offers a friendly country style atmosphere with wonderful views to the Coast, and a grass turf green for the bowlers. 

Blackall 100

The Blackall 100 is run each October across the Blackall Range. The race starts and finishes at the Queensland Conference and Camping Centre (QCCC) at Mapleton.


Children of Yoga

Fun filled yoga classes for all ages… From prenatal to senior yoga, and everybody in between.


Mapleton Netball

Mapleton Netball is a branch of the Nambour Netball District Association. It is for boys and girls aged 7 and up. The netball season starts in March and goes through to August. Visit the Nambour netball website for more information or contact us below.


Range United Soccer Club

The club has two programmes. The juniors meet at the Mapleton Hall and sports ground; while the seniors meet at the Montville sports ground. 


Lilyponds Park

Features an exercise station and walking path.
